01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kkff ("kkff", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kkff platform at kkff.one, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kkff platform. Continued use of kkff following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. kkff recommends that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the kkff platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of kkff games and services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one kkff account only. If kkff detects that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with those accounts may be voided. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkff login credentials. 04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits made to your kkff account must be funded from a payment method that is registered in your own name. kkff does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, kkff reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the account pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on kkff are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds. kkff reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. kkff aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may be affected by verification requirements, payment provider schedules, or other factors outside kkff's direct control.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.

• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

kkff may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonuses credited to your kkff account cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

08 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the kkff platform or its software.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

kkff reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if kkff has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, or if kkff is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Players may also request the closure of their own kkff account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all applicable verification requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations remain.

• Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited.
• kkff will retain account records for the period required by applicable law, even after account closure.
• Players who have self-excluded under the responsible gaming programme may not re-register during the self-exclusion period.

13 Limitation of Liability

• kkff's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits kkff's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kkff's negligence.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the kkff platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kkff's operating jurisdiction. By using kkff, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through kkff's internal complaints process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
